ELETTROMECCANICA VENETA S.R.L. is committed to upholding the values of diversity, inclusion and gender equality through the adoption of corporate, organisational and management practices based on respect for people’s rights, freedoms and dignity. In particular, our company has implemented an integrated management system compliant with ISO 30415 – UNI/PdR 125. Indeed, the company operates in accordance with the guidelines of the ISO 30415:2021 standard and the UNI/PdR 125:2022 practice through an approach based on impartiality and does not tolerate any form of direct or indirect, multiple or intersectional discrimination on the grounds of gender, age,
sexual orientation and identity, disability, health status, ethnic origin, nationality, political opinions, social class and religious belief. It also promotes conditions that enable the removal of cultural, organisational and material barriers that limit people’s full expression and their complete fulfilment within the organisation.
ELETTROMECCANICA VENETA S.R.L. values its staff and promotes the protection of their physical, mental, moral and cultural well-being through working conditions that respect individual dignity and adhere to codes of conduct.
The D&I policy aims to develop a clear approach in terms of mission, strategies and active practices in order to foster a collaborative and supportive working environment that is open to contributions from all employees, thereby increasing the trust of staff, customers and society at large.
The aim is to promote diversity in all its forms in order to maximise the opportunities it offers and generate value within the workplace, whilst also gaining a competitive advantage in business.
This policy reaffirms the company’s commitment to upholding and actively promoting the principles set out in current legislation, contractual provisions and standards issued by leading international organisations:
- the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the associated Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs);
- the United Nations Global Compact and Women’s Empowerment Principles;
- the Universal Declaration of Human Rights,
- the United Nations Conventions on the Rights of Women, on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, on the Rights of the Child, and on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities;
- the Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work and the eight core Conventions of the International Labour Organisation (ILO);
- the ILO Convention on violence and harassment of June 2019. Diversity is a value that must be protected and encouraged through concrete actions in all organisational and management processes, by understanding, including and valuing the differences among our people. Diversity enriches and opens the door to new ideas and initiatives, multiplying the possibilities for generating innovative solutions: people from different cultures, social and generational backgrounds, with different abilities, skills and experiences, represent a distinctive value that enables the exchange of multiple perspectives and allows us to reflect on and anticipate the needs of our customers

This is embodied in a human resources development and management strategy capable of promoting an inclusive culture that values the uniqueness of individuals and ensures access to the same opportunities for professional growth regardless of the role held within the organisation.
