These reports must be made in order to protect the public interest and the integrity of our Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reports are received by the Company&#8217;s RSUP and handled by the D&amp;I Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anonymity guarantees total confidentiality and protection from retaliation or discrimination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N.B.: Please note that, given the sensitivity of the procedure, reports made with intent or gross negligence, or which prove to be false, unfounded, defamatory, or made for the sole purpose of damaging the Company, the reported party, or other parties involved in the report, will be subject to appropriate investigations by the competent authorities in order to identify and punish those responsible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The portal and the protections provided to the Whistleblower do not apply to disputes, claims, or requests related to the Whistleblower&#8217;s personal interests that pertain exclusively to their individual employment relationships, or that relate to their employment relationships with their superiors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Similarly, please do not use the Portal for complaints, requests for assistance, or other commercial inquiries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The reporting process<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1<\/strong> Log in to the portal \u2013\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/5o7DQB1zPz6GGzLh7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/forms.gle\/5o7DQB1zPz6GGzLh7<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The portal was developed using Google Forms, which can be accessed via a link, and guarantees the anonymity of the reporter, although they always have the option of providing their personal details in the text of the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2<\/strong> fill out the questionnaire<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can indicate the type of event you wish to report (unethical or illegal activities or alarming behavior) and provide the details of the report (facts, context, etc.) in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3<\/strong> get MORE INFORMATION<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When submitting a report, you can also make requests strictly related to the reported event (for example: request a face-to-face meeting to better clarify the facts, ask to be updated on the progress of the report, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Revision 01 of December 15, 2025<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Whistleblowing \u2013 Anonymous reports The Company, committed to promoting ethical and transparent behavior, has established a whistleblowing system in line with UNI\/PdR 125:2022 and ISO 37001:2025 standards.
